Litigation

John Allen has been our litigation lawyer since 1991. He has successfully acted as counsel in hundreds of Hearings, Inquiries, and Trials (criminal and civil trials before both the Superior and Provincial Ontario Court).

John is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Ministry of the Attorney General Estate Litigation Panel.
